Sketchbook

Progress on the egg tempera painting.  I'm doing a green grisaille over the skin of the two women so that a green undertone will show through the flesh tones I will add later.  I'm liking egg tempera a lot.  It feels a lot like drawing with pencil or pastel instead of painting.  It's really all about building up with layers, which I am all for.
