I have a big love for the short lived WPA Federal Theatre Project that happened during the depression in the 1930's. I took 3 plays that were produced by the project and came up with poster designs for each. The finishes were done digitally but I tried to give them a hand printed look. I'm pretty happy with them. It was a very fast project and I did all three finishes in about 4 hours.
My high school put on a production of The Cradle Will Rock, back in 2007, but I hadn't seen it mentioned again until now. Excellent treatment. It was fun to stumble upon.
